Online Coaching - $150/4 weeks

Through the Coach Rx app, we create personalized training programs, nutrition guidance, daily lifestyle reminders, and weekly check-ins to help you stay on track. All consultations will be held on a weekend, with the workout plan and billing starting on the following Monday.

1 Hour Sessions - $300/4 weeks or $40/hr

With a 4 week commitment, you will get 3 sessions per week for a total of 12 sessions for $300 or $25/hr. Anything less than a 4 week commitment is $40/hr. Exceptions can be made to schedule 30 minute sessions instead, for half the rate. Use the contact page to book your consultation and schedule your sessions.
